Lhp Hotel River & Spa - Florence

very enjoyable short stay, as always. overall clean hotel with a modern design and top and comfy location. airy & stylish room, a nice, little balcony, free wi-fi, and terrace in there. very professional venue employees all round.

Recently renovated place, I loved very friendly personnel.

Whole place was exceptionally clean with fantastic views; perfect location to the sites of Florence.

We truly enjoyed incredible views!

The a double room was well-appointed and perfect for what we needed. The hotel was situated in the central location in the city center.

The location. 15 / 20 minutes walk to Uffizi and most atttactions. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room comfortable.

That the spa was expensive £30 for an hour.

Why didn't a member of staff empty the ashtrays in the central courtyard, what a shame it was unkempt and grubby.

Staff seemed reluctant to assist although they did but begrudgingly at times. The hotel offered nothing to rave about but also nothing to warrant a full blown complaint. Average accomodation at an average price.

The hotel location was great. Located on the Arno, it was within walking distance of many attractions, museums and restaurants. I really liked the convenience. Hotel clerks were not very helpful and were stuffy. Breakfast was decent. Free parking is available out front if you were lucky to find a spot. Compared to other hotels in same area, it was a decent value.

Roof sprang a leak during a heavy rain. Dripping water woke us up!! Not a big problem but definitely a surprise.

Triple room was ample, with nice remodeled bathroom. Also appreciated being accommodated with early check-in.

I have no complaints. Good value for the money.

the kwy of the room was broken so it was anoying

We enjoyed the self service breakfast and being able to sit on the terrace in the evening. But we had a very poor view from our window in the room. We also got bitten a lot by something at night something flying around in the room, but I suppose that was because we had the window open. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel River overall.

Very enjoyable short overall experience. Overall a wonderful little budget hotel. Well decorated room available with fantastic view and stocked mini bar. Private parking nearby provided. Everything amazing.

Amazing place with 24-hour reception, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a lovely bar. Staff once helped return my forgotten hairbrush, which I appreciate. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay! I'm coming back next year.

The location was good. We could walk to the shopping district, the restaurants,and all places of interest. We were given the room facing the river . The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was sufficient but lack of greens and salad. Overall we are satisfied with the cleanliness of the Hotel.
